Just ate really badly. Thankfully kept quite active, so it could be worse - but my body does not feel good, lethargic and cba to do things… WILL pick myself up t!
Plan for tomorrow: wake at 6.15am. Swim from 6.30-7.00am. Powerwalk from 7-8am. Go home, eat a healthy breakfast, do my work. Eat a healthy lunch, go to work, come home, SLEEP WELL.
